L’Oreal Paris Base Magique Transforming Smoothing Primer

Step 3:

Apply foundation to the face. Hale and Belle strongly recommends L’Oreal Paris Infallible 24h Foundation. The mentioned product gives the skin a healthy glow without being too greasy or too matte. For a flawless finish, dab a few drops of the foundation on cheeks, nose, forehead, chin, neck. In quick stippling motions, tap a damp blending sponge over the product on face. This technique helps with an even product blending for a flawless base. Make sure the product is blended upwards and outwards towards the hairline. And also, down towards the jawline to flawlessly blend the hues and stay clear of any harsh lines.

Step 4:

Conceal the under eye areas as well as the dark spots and the redness, if any, using a creamy concealer that won’t settles into fine lines thereby forming crows feet. Tarte’s Shape Tape Concealer is a cult beauty product that simply won’t budge through the night. Maybelline New York Fit Me Concealer could be your next smart deal.

Step 5:

Grab a fluffy brush, dip it in Shiseido Translucent Loose Powder and swirl it across the face with minimal pressure so as to the set the concealer and the base makeup. You could also try Ben Nye Luxury Translucent Powder.

Step 6:

Apply a cream-to-powder blush to the cheeks followed by highlighter on top of the cheekbones and down to the nose bridge. Hale and Belle strongly recommends Wet n Wild Color Icon Blush in Mellow Wine and NYX Professional Makeup Born to Glow Liquid Illuminator.

Step 7:

Lightly sculpt and contour the face. Hale and Belle strongly recommends Kevyn Aucoin The Sculpting Contour Powder. Also, you could try Makeup Revolution HD Pro Ultra Powder Contour Palette. Apply the product down the jawline, across the temples, below the cheekbones and on the sides of the nose.

Step 8:

Fill in the brows with gentle feathery strokes – short and quick upward strokes filling out the gaps. Follow by setting the brows with a clear gel. Hale and Belle strongly recommends Charlotte Tilbury Brow Lift Eyebrow Pencil. You could also work up with M.A.C Eye Brows Styler – Spiked or Nykaa Browgirl Brow Definer – Bewitched Chestnut.

Step 9:

Begin the eye makeup by smoothing on an eye primer to help stay clear of any smudging or piling of product. Follow by adding a layer of nude eye-shadow to create a base. Apply a chocolate brown shade on the brow bone and at the inner corner of the eyes. Now, dust a lighter shade of the eye-shadow at the crease area to add a definition to the eyes. With a waterproof liquid black eyeliner, create a reverse cat eye on the bottom lash line and wing it outwards. Hale and Belle strongly recommends M.A.C Precise Eye Liner Brush – 210 and M.A.C Pro Longwear Fluidline.

Quick Hack: Keep yourself armed with a q-tip dipped in makeup remover. In case of any error, use that q-tip to clean it up quickly.

Step 10:

Finish off the makeup look with a creamy satin-finish lipstick in rose pink shade with brick red undertones. Hale and Belle’s Product Recommendation: Maybelline New York Color Sensational Powder Matte Lipstick – Technically Pink.

Now is the time to complete this oo-so-gorgeous dramatic reverse cat-eyes and the rosy lips look carried by Deepika; carried along with the hair tight and sleek off the face.

Step 11:

Begin by straightening the hair from roots to end using a flat ironing hair styling tool. Make sure the hair strands are sleek and without any baby hair or flyaway’s shooting out. Apply a light hair gel to the hairline and down towards the length of tresses. Hale and Belle recommends L’oreal Professionnel Homme Clay Strong Hold Matt Clay. Now, attach hair extensions to the base. Do up a high ponytail, and when done, wrap the extension around it. Return to the ponytail, and tame the flyaway’s down using a fine-toothed comb. Now, to keep your hair set for a longer while, spray on a light hairspray. Hale and Belle recommends Toni&Guy Finishing Shine Spray.
