INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Eye Cleanser:
Mix rose-water and raw milk together in a ratio of 1:1. Dip a cotton ball into it and gently wipe out your eye areas. Leave the mixture on for 5 minutes and wash off with lukewarm water.
Rose water incorporates good cleansing, toning, and cooling properties while milk consists of lactic acid that works out amazing as a very mild natural cleanser; and hence, an ideal cleanser for your delicate under eye areas.
2. Eye Scrub:
