This delicious post-workout juice re-hydrates your body thoroughly, while allowing the body a pretty good time to recover with a relishing taste. Full recipe follows:
Ingredients:
- 1 Orange – peeled
- 3 Leaves of Kale (or Karam Saag) – thoroughly washed
- 1 Lemon – peeled
- 1 Lime – peeled
- 1 Medium Sized Green Apple
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Ascorbic Acid or Vitamin C Powder
- A Pinch of Natural Salt Flakes
Procedure:
Wash well all the fruits and vegetable in cold running water. Juice the ingredients in your favorite juicer. Add to it half a teaspoon of vitamin C powder or ascorbic acid and a pinch of salt flakes. Stir to combine. Consume immediately.
