  • Start by standing or sitting with your back straight and your shoulders relaxed.
  • Slowly lift your chin towards the ceiling while puckering up your lips in a pout pose.
  • Hold the yoga pose for 10 counts, then lower your chin and relax.
  • Repeat this exercise 10-15 times.

2. Jaw Release:

This exercise targets the muscles in the jaw and neck.

  • Start by sitting with your back straight, shoulders open, and neck relaxed.
  • Slowly open your mouth as wide as possible and stick your tongue out as far as you can.
  • Hold the yoga pose for 10 counts, then relax and close your mouth.
  • Repeat this exercise 10-15 times.

3. Fish Face:

This exercise targets the muscles in the cheeks and jawline.

  • Pucker up your lips and sucking your cheeks in as much as you can.
  • Hold the yoga pose for 10 counts, then relax and repeat.
  • Do this exercise 10-15 times.

4. Tongue Press:

  • Roll your head to the other side and back up to the starting position.
