- Repeat this exercise 10-15 times.
2. Jaw Release:

- Start by sitting with your back straight, shoulders open, and neck relaxed.
- Slowly open your mouth as wide as possible and stick your tongue out as far as you can.
- Hold the yoga pose for 10 counts, then relax and close your mouth.
- Repeat this exercise 10-15 times.
3. Fish Face:

- Pucker up your lips and sucking your cheeks in as much as you can.
- Hold the yoga pose for 10 counts, then relax and repeat.
