What is HOT YOGA?

Hot yoga, also known as the “Bikram Yoga” which is its formal name, is an exuberant system of yoga that’s synthesized by Bikram Choudhury from the traditionally practised Hatha Yoga Techniques. This HEALING practice is carried out in a studio that’s heated to a temperature of 104 °F (40 °C).

A Bikram Yoga session goes out with a 90-minute program for a series of 26 postures. These postures involve all the major muscle groups of the body that call for their lengthy, gutsy, and well-controlled contractions. The demanding nature of these 26 poses together with the heat is what that makes it a quiet popular healing practice; that’s designed in such a way that it tends to raise your heart beat and burn out your muscles.
