Natural Cure for High Blood Pressure and Cholesterol

The strict lifestyle of Amish community is well-known for their life not living upon modern technologies and medicines. This recipe, easy as pie, is prepared from ingredients readily available at home. If used for 7 days, it helps in reducing the high blood pressure levels and the high cholesterol.

Ingredients:

  • 1-inched piece ginger (grated)
  • Garlic clove (grated) – 1
  • Honey – 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Cider vinegar – 1 tbsp

Mix and blend all the ingredients together for 30 seconds at high-speed. Strain the liquid mixture out of it and keep it refrigerated for 5 days.

Usage:

Consume this remedy twice a day – one tablespoon in the morning on an empty stomach, and one tablespoon before dinner. Noticeable results can be seen in three days of consumption. You will feel energized and fresh with a decent reduction in blood pressure levels and cholesterol.
